Spencer and Sandy Bowhay own and operate Brookhill Landscape and Construction out of Duvall, WA. With over 20 years of experience in the landscape and construction industry, we’ve worked on everything from residential commercial, city, state, and federal projects, and helped build a commercial botanical garden. We now focus on residential projects, which we find the most rewarding.
